RuralAus Investments Limited (RUR:ASX) (Formally Australian Growth Ltd) is the parent company of the Group, a participant in the agribusiness sector, with a current specific focus on timber plantations.  The Company has previously operated in the forestry management sector through Managed Investment Schemes (MIS) and has previously issued a Prescribed Interest Scheme.  The Company intends to continue operating in the MIS and agribusiness sectors. The key assets of the Company comprise Freehold Land, Loan Agreements, Lease & Management Agreements and Harvest Agreements. RuralAus has two existing forestry areas, Kangaroo Island (South Australia) and Bremer Bay (Western Australia).
